lately i've been thinking about how generally unhappy i am with my current job. i dunno if it's because of the job/place itself or just the department i'm currently working in. i plan on trying to move to a different department and see if that helps any! and if not then i'll simply go and find a new job. or at least TRY to, seeing how bad the job market's been at the moment >w> but i'll still try if needed!

i hope changing department gives you the insight you're looking for about whether it's the department or the workplace that you're unhappy with! i've been in jobs which in hindsight i wish i didn't stay in for as long as i did, so i support figuring these things out however you're able.

thank youuu! hopefully a department change is all i needed bc switching jobs altogether can be exhausting TwT but i get what you mean, i've had those types of jobs in the past as well!
