churinheya! sorry it's been a hot minute since a last posted here, been distracted with life/work ; 3;
lately i've been looking into homes/condos to buy! this is the year i finally stop living in overpriced "luxury" apartments (when they're just normal apartments) and finally buy a place of my own. there's a surprising amount of affordable homes out there! might as well try and snatch one before they're all gone, right? i'm very nervous since this is gonna be my first time buying a home, but i'm also excited! especially since i plan on getting a home close to the coast, which has always been my dream! hoooopefully i can get one before my lease ends at the end of this year ; w;
