my anxiety has been pretty bad as of late. my brain is ALWAYS trying to find something to get anxious over and i'm soooo tired of it >_> breathing techniques kinda work, but mindfulness is near impossible for my adhd brain.
i'm feeling a bit better now, still trying to figure out what exactly triggers the anxiety. my brain just likes to randomly think about work and make me anxious as a result, basically
*big hug* I know what you mean, my family is one of my triggers. It's an awful feeling. Maybe it's a person at work or the work load that's causing it? You mentioned that are some days where you feel good. Try to focus on those times. I'm always around to talk if you need to vent.
are you done work now? if so, try to relax and rechange your battery. eat something tasty!
